Business Delegation from the UK
Your company invites a business delegation from Britain. Seven delegation members will be accommodated on several destinations. Plant visits are planned in Frankfurt, Leverkusen and Stuttgart. Delegation will visit for 3 days. Group will stay over night in Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
Our Chauffeur will pick up the delegation at Frankfurt Airport in an executive mini coach for 8 passengers with enough space in the luggage compartment, leather seats, conference table and multimedia equipment like TV and DVD. He will act on behalf of your company and welcome each single member in fluent English. International news papers and an itinerary of the visit will be provided for each participant. He will help the group with check in at the hotel in Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
Our chauffeur will know the itinerary in detail and advice all pickup times. He will be responsible for all mobility concerns throughout the tour. He will assist all members of the delegation in questions of daily life and if the schedule allows, he will even give a little sightseeing tour along the way. He will be at disposal for the group around the clock.
If requested, our chauffeur acts as a guide and accompanies the group for lunch or dinner, recommends restaurants and menus. He could also provide tickets for entertainment in the evening.
Until departure of the delegation our service will be complementary to the purpose of the event. The visitors will get a genuine impression of the regions they move in and will never forget the pleasant visit to Germany.
